Partner Premium account used by ex and can´t cancel it

Hey there,

I tried to cancel the subscribtion of my ex gf that used the partner program i got with my phone, it is not possable since i can't login to her account.

Now i want to cancel it on her account to re-activiate it on my own account.

What should i do, my partner (KPN/HI) told me on the phone that they can't do anything.

KPN manage the subscription which I guess is tied to a specific mobile number so, if it is possible to change the subscription over to another number, only they can do it I'm afraid. I doubt there is anything spotify can do in this situation but you can get in touch with them here.

I will try to send them an message with the activation code of the subscribtion and the account it is linked to, I hope they can cancel it so i can re-activate it.
