Password doesn´t work

Password doesn´t work

First: This is my second account and I just created it, because I´m not able to log in in my first account.

I downloaded Spotify Premium a month ago to test it (of course with my first account), but now I want to cancel my account and leave Spotify.

But I can´t log in, because my password doesn´t work, and I can´t change it, because the e-mail-address I used to sign up doesn´t exist anymore. That´s a bad situation, because I can´t log in, can´t listen to music, but I´m paying for Spotify, because I also can´t cancel my account.

I already wrote an e-mail to kundendienst_de@spotify.com (I´m from Germany), but I didn´t receive an answer.

Please help me, cause I´m paying 10€ a month for nothing!

Did you use this contact form - how long ago? Replies can take up to 48 hours but you may have received an automated email which you should reply to which will make sure your case reaches a consultant.

Now I used the contact form, thank you! I got an E-Mail which says that they received my question, so I hope they´ll answer me soon.

 

I sent my E-Mail to kundendienst_de@spotify.com yesterday in the evening, so 48 haven´t passed already. But I didn´t receive an automatic answer.

 

Thank you so far! I hope Spotify will solve my problem soon.
