My Question or Issue
Hello - I have tried numerous times to reset my password, but the emails do not arrive in my inbox. I know I have the correct email address (I see it under my Account tab) and Spotify successfully sent me an email today about something else. But the password reset emails, they don't show up. Not in Inbox, not in **bleep**, just nowhere. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!

Solved my own problem. Maybe this will help others. When submitting a password reset, you must use your email -- not your user name, even though the form says you can reset with either. For whatever reason, email address worked, user name never did after multiple tries.
