Im paying for premium, but only getting free service with commercials. Why?

mrcodemachine- I can see your Premium has definitely gone through. Please log out and log back in using your Facebook email/ password.
KMcLachlan1- Yours is also good to go. Please log in again using your 'kmclachaln1' username and Spotify password.

You have the same situation as rda1986, except that you are logging in to the community using the Spotify account connected tp Facebook.
Similarly, make sure you log in using "joja70".
Can I delete the other account ?
I am experiencing the same problem. My premium worked for a couple of days and then it switched back to a free account. I've beem charged for the service.

Yeah, purchased Spotify Premium (One Month) several Minutes ago, and already I've had advertisements.
I'm having the same problem. Subscribing via PayPal, but now I'm getting ads, both boards and audio in my app. Why?
I have the same problem.
My Subscription ran out on thursday, and I updated my credit-card yesterday. This started the problem.
On my desktop-computers it claims I have "free" edition with ads, if I click "upgrade" up in the right corner,
I come to my account page where it says I have Premium.
It works fine on my Android-device. But both my work-computer (Win XP) and home-computer (Win 7) runs in "free"mode with ads.
I've tried restarting spotify, logging out/in.
Same problem here!
Do have a Premium account (as I'm using the mobile app offline for exemple), but still getting these ads on my MAC Player... 😞

Restarted spotify
I even tried uninstalling and installing spotify again.
Unfortunately, same than lostpanda!
I'm logged on with my credentials (mentionned above), tried to uninstall/reinstall, but it keeps playing me these ads.

Im having the same problem. Registred my new card details yesterday. Having a swedish card, living in denmark, which now means i can only listen to my offline songs.. I need new music!! 🙂
Hi FrFo- In order to upgrade your account from Denmark you'll need to use a Danish credit card.
The country set in your Spotify account profile must match the country where your card is registered. This is why your new card details aren't going through properly.
Hi I have the same problem. Paid for Premium - my account status say premium. Paid with credit card (twice). Cannot set my playlists to offline mode.
Hi Lovisa- There seems to be two accounts (one Free, one Premium) linked to your email which is probably the issue here.
