Paying for Premium but not getting it

Paying for Premium but not getting it

I've been paying for Premium Spotify for almost a week now with no service. I have an iPhone 6, have reinstalled the app twice and it still insists I'm not a premium member. Need help.

Hey @TylerTravis,

 

Did you pay through iTunes?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email.

 

Check the status of your subscription, and if it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.
 
For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website.

I am paying through iTunes right now but it's not going through and I've already paid for this month and won't pay again by logging on to Spotify.com and paying there. What does it take to prove I've paid and give premium membership to my account?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
