Paying for Spotify Unlimited by Paypal but my subscription won't update and I can't use it!

I am paying £4.99/month for Spotify Unlimited by Paypal (and these payments show in my account) but my service is still showing me as a Free subscriber. I have been paying since last August and haven't been able to resolve this. I have uninstalled the software twice and reinstalled but it hasn't worked. I have also logged out and in but it doesn't change it. 

Can you please help?!

Is your subscription showing as unlimited on your online overview?

Hi, it could be that you have a duplicate account - in your Paypal purchases list, does it say which username the purchase is for? It could be a username or a random string of digits.

You should get in touch with customer services using the Support Form to have this issue solved 🙂
