Paying trouble.

Paying trouble.

I tried to suscribe for a year, put all my debit card information, and when i clicked to pay, it said that there was an error, but my bank notified me that the payment was made, but Spotify hasn't change my suscription plan, what's happening? What should I do?

Hi there,

 

If you're certain that you've been charged for the one-year subscription, please double check your email and see if you received an email confirmation of your purchase.

 

You can then follow these steps to redeem the Premium code (perhaps you purchased an e-card worth for 1 year Premium):

  1. Log into spotify.com/redeem.
  2. Enter the PIN on the back of the card or the code from your receipt.
  3. Click Redeem
