My Question or Issue

My Credit Card (Visa) expired in end September. I got another Visa card and tried several time to change the settings: adding my new card.

When validating, the system refused the card and asked me to try another card. I haven't another card so I need to set this new card.
Thank you for help !

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend giving it a try in another browser and/or on another device. If that doesn't do the trick, you can also reach out to your bank and ask if foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases are allowed.
