Payment Failure

Payment Failure

Hello,

Since December of last year, I have been using and paying for Spotify Premium. However, as of this month, my subscription has been downgraded to free, and payment continues to fail. I have tried multiple browsers, PayPal and visa methods, restarting my subscription, all to no avail. I have not made and changes to my bank account , and all other transactions have completed flawlessly. I have also sent in multiple support tickets with no human response. Please help.

Hi The_Unofficial - I've just had a look and all your tickets were sent in just this morning.

Somehow my spotify has been switched off? i always listen music from mobile, with premium. Now its not working? last payment from my credit was 16.11, how come you havent charged me in december? i have been over a year your big fan and everything has worked perfectly.. i wish i can hear from you soon as possible. I cant live without premium :))

Huh. Weird. I sent one in on the 14th. PH well. I have tried that solution, but it did not work.
