Payment Issues

My premium payment did not go through because of low balance on my card so I was prompted to update my details. I added money and tried to to update it but it didn't work. I have since tried over the last few weeks by entering both of my cards on multiple different devices and it keeps giving me an error message saying my card is having issues. I used a new card and the same card I have been using for months and neither will go through. How in the world am I supposed to fix this?? I tried sending a message to Spotify customer service and they just sent an email giving me options to ask here or check their answer sites. Annoyed, please help.
