Payment foe premium does not work

I paid for premium. It is not working on my iPhone 7. Has always worked before. Works on ps4. I have until stalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. It says expires February 8th.

I bought premium last year (2016) when the 99¢ for 3 months. It said something went wrong so I tried it again. I got charged twice but my account did not get upgraded to premium. I tried logging out and logging back in and uninstalling and redownloading nothing works.

Can you check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username stated there. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
