I have changed my email address. How on earth do I contact Spotify to inform this development

You can change contact email in your account overview under "EDIT PROFILE", here's a link:
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

If you are trying to change log in username/Facebook log in or email adress log in that's not possible.
