Payment page hanging for Premium paid or 30 day trial - help!!

Payment page hanging for Premium paid or 30 day trial - help!!

Ok, so I'm on the 48hr trial. It's great but I can't extend to 30 day free trial - or even pay for Premium.
The enter your details page just hangs, says 'Loading. Please wait...' forever.

Please help!

Yes, I tried a variety of browsers on a variety of devices!

 

I finally came around this solution which appears to work:

 

https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/change-payment/

 

I'll know for sure later today when my 48hr trial expires - I should then go on the 30 day trial automatically - and then payment should be taken from me a month later as my rolling subscription.  We'll see.

I am having the same problem!

It's so frustrating because I want spotify but can't pay....

I tried Firefox, internet and Chrome and they all got stuck saying 'please wait, loading'

 

Also someone told me that if you download the app first and sign up on there you have this problem, but if you sign up on the computer then download the app its fine?? I don't know. All I know is my trial is going to run out in a couple of hours and I still can't pay 😞

Have you tried the work around suggested above? 

If you are still having issues, I would suggest you get directly in touch with the Spotify team using the online contact form.

I've already contacted them - so far what they have suggested hasn't worked.

My trial is going to run out in a couple of hours and still no luck 😞

Hi Klb,

Did your trial expire/ did you get this sorted?
As Peter said, did you click on the link I posted above? Give it a whirl and see what happens.

If not, stay in contact with them - obviously they want your custom and will sort it. Don't give up - it's worth it!

I had to make a new account to sort the problem.!

I think there is something wrong with setting up on the app, it works fine setting up on the computer
