Payment troubles

Payment troubles

My bank account said that everything about my credit card is valid, and that the payment was successfully done. Yet, Spotify didn't get that information and is saying that I'm going to lose my premium account.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. It's a good idea to see if those payments that seem to be taken are pending/processing. Find more info here.

 

If they're not pending, we'd recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter, so we can take a look at your payments and see what's happening.
