Hey guys,

 

I just recognized Spotify took too much money from me. I'm a premium member since 10 months, but they took 14x 9,99€ from me. Did this happen to anybody else here? What should I do?

 

I CAN'T FIND ANY "CONTACT" BUTTON!!!!

You can get in touch with the payment team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate that a little closer for you! 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
