Paypal Issue - Premium is not taking effect

Paypal Issue - Premium is not taking effect

Hello Support,

 

Just wondering if someone from Spotify Customer Support can help. I purchased a premium on spotify using paypal but seems i was charged but the premium is not even changing on my application. I restarted the application already and still it's in free version. Can someone help? or rather can someone from support check my account if i am already on premium?

 

I have attached my receipt that i was charged.

Hey there!

Can you log into your dashboard and check your subscription page? Your status should be Premium. If it says Free, check the receipt which is send to your email. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Still not working. I've checked the subscription page and still on free
version and it is asking me still to get premium.

Please keep in mind that you're not speaking with Spotify, but with the Spotify Community. We're not Spotify employees, just regular people who love to help others. 🙂

 

Your provided screenshots don't show up the way they're supposed to be..

 

Can you check the username at your receipt, and make sure to log into the right account. (Please note: If the username on your reciept is a 10-digit number, you should log in using your Facebook account.)

Oh sorry, didn't noticed your username on the portal ahaha.. but thank you for helping me out. It's kind of weird to see that i am not on the premium after i got charged. I tried looking at my username and it was correct. As what i have observed, there was a pending status on paypal site but i got a statement already on my bank portal that i got charged by spotify for the premium service. You think it's in with spotify? or will it be on paypal's side?

Hmm, this is a wierd one then. I think it's best to contact Spotify using this form..
