Paypal payment keeps failing, despite matching countries

Paypal payment keeps failing, despite matching countries

Hi guys,

 

I hope you can help me out with this one. I'm trying to upgrade to Unlimited, using my Paypal account. I connected my Dutch bank account to my Paypal account, since I haven't got anything like a credit card.

 

My Spotify account is registered in the Netherlands, so is my Paypal account. But as soon as I try to upgrade, my browser forwards me to Paypal, to verify my Paypal account and to accept the terms and conditions, and afterwards I return to the Spotify website, which tells me "Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please try again or contact customer support if the problem remains."

 

Like I said, everything is registered in the Netherlands, I've checked it several times now. I hope there's still something I can do. All I want is to enjoy unlimited music 🙂

I'm sorry to hear this. For any payment trouble, it's best that you contact our payments team. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'.
