Paypal subscribtion fail

For a few weeks the 30-day free trial of Spotify has been going on. I made a Paypal account (my first, and it has 0.00 balance), and tried to login and subscribe for the trial, but for some reason everytime after I logg in, I get redirected to the Paypal website, where it says that my most recent action didn't succeed..

The weird thing is, that there was another quit popular streaming service, Tidal (company owned by JayZ, Beyonce, Rihanna etc..) which also offered a 30-day trial, and when I signed up for that subscribtion, it succeeded without a problem..

Does anyone know what I am supposed to do?

I btw dont have a Credit Card, and am not planning on getting one any time soon
