Hello,
I wanted to close my Spotify account but haven't been able to find a way for doing so. I tried contacting the support via the contact form, but that took me back to where I started from and asked for the issues I was facing instead of providing me with an option to contact support.
I've also tried contacting Spotify multiple times by writing to them via "I still need more help" option, but haven't heard back yet (been more than a week). Could anyone please let me know how to procees from here?
