my friends (and I think every user) got a mail about their 2016's statistics of Spotify yestreday. I did not get this mail because I was unsubscribed but I am interested in this. How could I get these informations?

To receive the Wrapped email with all your fun facts and statistics, your ‘Spotify News and Offers’ email notifications need to be enabled at the time of sending. Unfortunately we can’t resend the email. If you missed out this time, we’d recommend turning on your email notifications to receive future updates.

I am in the same boat as you. When I contacted Spotify support today, this is what I was told: ""We're still in the middle of checking about this. We can't say if there will still be emails sent at a later time." My notifications were already one, regularly get emails from Spotify, premium user for over a year, but no email, including in my junk/clutter boxes, so there is no good reason that I didn't get it.
Same thing with me. I always receive emails from spotify, even received one as recent as a few days ago, but I have not gotten this one yet. I've been subscribed for almost 4 years and have never had an issue like this. I don't know why they didn't do the Year In Music the way they did it in 2014 and 2015. I was looking forward to this since this year began.
Not sure what email settings need to be turned on as none of the options mention music statistics. I'll say I'm a little disappointed I've never received these types of emails. Guess I'll wait for next year and hope I've turned on the right email notifications, woo...

That doesn't really help. I have a bunch of friends who would have loved to recieve these stats. They were previously located in the app (which was way cooler btw). This is a let down for the folks who were looking forward to this.

I only have a playlist of the most played songs of 2016, created for me. But I don't have the statistics for me, I read a thread and at the end someone has been replied this wednesday: 'even though you changed your notification authorization from off to on unfortunately you won't receive that stats, but you can be informed about future posts' !!!??? There is someone who shared another reply, stille in the middle, checking... BUT "THE YEAR "2016"" IS NOT OVER YET, YOU KNOW? THERE ARE STILL 2 WEEKS LEFT!! LAST YEAR THIS STATS POSTING HAD BEEN A BIT LATER THAN THIS YEAR AS FAR AS I REMEMBER? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM NOW? I hope that there will be a sweet practical solution for this.
With regard to the 2016 music stats, I'm pretty certain my notification and subscription things were on, but I still did not get the special email. What in the world, Spotify? That's pretty frustrating. Why couldn't it just have been a link like last years? –_–

On the same boat that many others who replied. Have been Premium (with family option) since few years ago, have all the e-mail notifications turned on and didn't receive the e-mail. I was looking forward to this, so sad Spotify isn't providing us better support.

Somebody acting as a de facto Spotify rep stated "you can't and there's no way to re-send the email" which is an absolutely ludicrous statement. There is a major difference between there "not being a way" to re-send the email and Spotify not making customer service a high enough priority to put some programmer on this for 2-4 hours to resend the darn emails! Here is some SQL code to get you 50% of the way there: SELECT email_address FROM subscribers AS s JOIN year_end_emails AS y ON s.ID = y.ID WHERE y.2016_sent = false;
Obviously, this is a feature that people actually want and are interested in, and you're trying to coerce them into signing up for a bunch of other spam emails that they do not want in order to get it. As providers of a music service, you should appreciate how much of an impact your content has on the daily lives of your customers and, that being the case, you really should at the very least be making the email widely and easily available and in my opinion, you should be going above and beyond and providing this kind of statistical information via a simple web-based dashboard at all times!
