Pissed about charges

So i was charged 9.99 for premium. And I've never freaking had premium. And i have no way to cancel the automatic pmt bc my account still reflects free. I'm pissed. I need answers now. Or I will.take legal action

I canceled my premium after my three month for 1$ and it charged me 10 bucks today.

If you've never had premium, and still don't, how does spotify have your card info? That sounds like someone used your card to buy themselves spotify premium on their account.

the crazy thing is i was the one who put in my card info. i got a reciept the first time i did it. still go no premium, went online it said uninstall and try again and see if it works then. still nothing and now i cant take out my card info bc it doesnt reflect. but i was the one who put in my card info. now i have to go get a whole new account so that spotify wont keep auto drafting
