Playlist full of songs I've not listened to

Recently, I've been seeing songs in my recently played that I have not ever listened to. My phone started playing on its own the other day. 

I've changed my password and such and disconnected all devices and it's been fine for a couple weeks. However I went back online from being in offline mode for a while tonight and my last played album is again something I've never seen. Along with a whole list of things I've never listened to. 

What is going on here? None of the circled things are things I've ever listened to.
