Hello 🙂

 

I have a playlist where I added many tracks, and today I just noticed that all of them were gone. I was really doubting that all the tracks I had in became alltogether unavailable on Spotify so I checked in the options anyway to display the unavailable tracks in my playlists. Nothing.

 

The playlist is still there, there's nothing in the 'recover' section of my account... 

 

What do ?

 

How can I recover that ?

Not sure tbh.  It just said that they were removed by the playlist owner - did you leave yourself logged in a public computer?

The name of the playlist is 'Novel'.

There were 15 tracks removed from the playlist on the 15th Feb.  I have restored them for you.

Well no I didn't. My spotify account is only linked to my smartphone and my work and home computers, which are only accessible by myself...

Hi, I woke up today with the same issue,  my playlist us there without cover image anymore and the content is gone,  appears like the playlist is empty, it was fine last night.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your playlist!
If it's not too big of an ask for you, could you make the playlist public and send us a link to it so that we can take a look from our end?
I've seen disappearing covers before but definitely not a purge of the entire playlist content.

 

Aside from this, we'd also like to know roughly how many songs the playlist has held before this happened and as a starting troubleshooting step you can try removing your cached data to see if that would make a difference. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row afterwards to trigger a manual sync of your settings.
