Playlist loss because of changing country

Since several months I moved from Italy to Spain. When I arrived here in Spain after 14 days my spotify asked me to change the country settings.

After doing it all the playlists/favourites groups/history I previously saved in Italy disappeared :(.

Is there any chance to restore the lost informations?
