Playlist sorting on mobile

I have no option to manually sort playlists, only the five(Alphabetical, creator, Recently played, Recently added and most recent)
This is across all mobile devices(iOS both ipad/phone and main android phone)
This used to be a feature, i have friends who still can sort by manual as i like to do on my PC. But i am not able to get the same list order as i have on PC which i use most on my mobile devices. This seems to be an account issue, not a device or version issue.
Yes, i know about favourite and folders, its not good enough.

Can you send us a screenshot of how a playlist looks on your end? 

Also, can you clarify if you've tried logging in with your account on different devices or are you checking only how other people's accounts look on their devices?

I have not tried logging in my account on others devices, no.
This not in a playlist, this is regarding the order of playlists in my library.

As you can see. On my end, there is no "Custom order" available on mobile. Which is what i need with my amount of lists and mostly using spotify on my desktop computer its very hard to find my lists on mobile as its all quite random in comparison.

Hey @Xsesss,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the screenshot shared.

We've checked the screenshot and we can see why you don't have the option. In your friend's screenshot, you can see that the "Playlists" tag on the top of the list is selected in green. However, in the screenshot the tag is not selected, this makes the sorting menu slightly different as it includes artists, albums, podcasts and downloads changing the option for "Creator".

To see the "Custom order" in the sorting menu, make sure you've selected the "Playlists" tag.
