Playlists are missing.

I took a brief hiatus from Spotify and used Google Music. Obviously Spotify is superior so I am transitioning back.

I haven't logged into my account for quite a while (I was using facebook to do so before, but for some reason it created a new account, so I verified through a playlist that I am subscribed to currently what my username was and logged in through that.)

According to spotify, I am still subscribed to those playlists, but I am seeing nothing. I am subscribed to a playlist that does not show up on my Spotify. I was able to confirm that this IS the account in which I created those playlists, because I still have my friends and followers on there.

My attempt to use the 'recover playlist' option under my account settings tells me that I do not have any playlists to recover.

Any help? How can I be subscribed to a playlist that doesn't show up?

I am also, oddly enough, unable to even look at friends playlists. I attempted to go there to look at my profile through his playlist, and I was unable to do so. It said that he did not have any playlists, which I know is false. So something strange is going on, here.

Now 4 of these playlists are loading under my profile (not the application) but i am unable to access them. At this point I believe they may be loading or something. I will report back in a few moments or so to confirm.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
