Playlists deleted and replaced

Hi,

Yesterday I experienced a problem with my Spotify. On my way to work I was listening to a playlist I'd created as normal. When I left work in the evening I began listening to it again, but someone called 'Tania' popped up as the user of my Spotify account, and it kept switching to 'Tania's iPhone device' and changing song. I don't know a Tania, nor is she one of my family members who share my Spotify premium (and who have their own accounts). I also noticed that my playlists had been deleted and replaced with random ones, some attributed to me that I have not made, and others. I logged off from all devices in the hope that this was a minor glitch. But now that I've logged back in, the playlists are still gone. I have had my account for nearly a decade and listen to Spotify every single day, so will be gutted if they're gone

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you try log out of everywhere and then change password?

Yes I did, have changed my password, but my playlists are still gone 😞 Do you have any idea as to how I can get them back?
