I'm trying to sign into my Spotify account on my PS4 but, it tells me that I can't because that account is already linked to another PlayStation, even though I haven't (or can't remember) signing into a separate one. Is there any I can sign out of the other device without knowimg what it is? Thankyou!!

Try this option 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' which is in your profile page.

To be sure that only you have access to your account, you can also change your password on the password reset page.

If it's still not working even after the 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' and the password reset you can also try to use this official Playstation link for unlinking your Spotify account.
