I signed out of my friends spotify on my playstation and now it wont let me sign in on the playstation. Its saying I have another account linked to my ps account and i need to sign out of it on the playstation but i already have. Just really confused right now.

Try this option 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' which is in your profile page.

To be sure that only you have access to your account, you can also change your password on the password reset page.

If it's still not working even after the 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' and the password reset you can also try to use this official Playstation link for unlinking your Spotify account.
