Please help!

I took the offer they had regarding .99 cents for 3 month of premium. Entered my card number, got charged 99 cents but no premium. I have found no phone number or any other reasonable source of customer service. Someone help me! I don't want these guys having my card number if they're going to offer a fraud deal and give me no way of talking about it.
