Please recover my playlists

A friend of mine logged in to his S using my laptop. When I logged back into my S, my account looked reset - without any playlists.. I'd really like to get them back. I do not have a Spotify username - always used FB to log in so all of those solutions didn't work. Nor am I able to contact anyone through mail - always get the no-reply mail that I should get help here..
