Got that FOUR times. Plenty of money in the bank. Card is authorized for online transactions, just made one before trying to go for this. Help please? I better not be charged for ANY of those since they didn't go through.

My account was cancelled 2 days ago when they supposedly couldn't process my visa card. I just tried to re-enter my card again and they still can't get it right. My guess as to what's going on... HACKERS!

Yea I won't be subscribing until they can get it fixed. I've read a LOT of bad reviews on their pay service.

This is starting to piss me off. They can't even resolve my issue over Twitter support and ask me if entering my payment details in "incognito mode" helps. REALLY?

Update - Last night after Spotify sent me to a page which essentially tells you to "enter your payment details correctly" and "make sure you have enough money in your account" (like I'm a dumbass), I told them to escalate the issue to someone who could get it fixed rather than send me idiotic links.

 

I just tried a little bit ago with the same card and now payment went through.  The issue was obviously on their side.  You should try again and see if it helps.
