Premium Account Hacked

My prenium account was hacked Saturday 22, I only saw it on the 24 when i went on the pc. I'd the possibility to connect via facebook, so i went to my account information : My password were reset and my email changed to an adress like that : mega.m.1@urssmail.org. NOT WEIRD AT ALL ! 

 

So I contacted the support, and of course like my email changed, the automatic reply go to my hacker ... After that I contacted @SpotifyCares on twitter, they replied to me and since monday night i'm still waiting that someone get in touch with me ! 

 

I'm not happy at all, I'm paying the prenium since 2 years and half. Spotify cannot see that my email adress changed and all my playlists were deleted during the same day !

Ugh, only the account team can sort this out for you. Could you use this contact form instead (it let's you specify your email address) and you should hear back within 24 hours. If not, please shout.

I'm waiting that someone from the team get in touch with me but i'm afraid that they will use the wrong email ... 

 

"Sorry for the delay Elie. I've got in touch with the account team directly and chased this again. Someone should be in touch shortly /H"

Yeah i think ! 

 

I told them to use this one : daurenjou06@hotmail.com 

 

I think this is the one I used to create my account 3 years ago, because now i got a "professional" one too.
