Premium Account

I originally had a premium account linked with my Facebook account. My girlfriend and I switched our mobility plan to Rogers and they offered multi-user Premium accounts to Spotify as part of the deal. I'm not able to log into a premium account anymore. I have the account number of needed and our names. On a side note you should have a phone number to contact support. This system seems grossly inefficient and pretty frustrating.
