Spotify won't accept card

I've been trying to pay for student premium for two weeks now but Spotify won't accept my card saying it was declined or etc... I contacted Spotify and they say there are pending transactions but they are declined after two days and said to take it up with my bank. When I called my bank they said there was no history of declines or pending purchases with Spotify. I even tried paying with my dad's card and it sends the same message so the problem must be with my account or Spotify. Help!
