Premium Duo erase gest after 24h. What do I do?

I share the link to the other person and they accept. After 24h they can't get the premium account anymore because somehow it has expired. Same address. Differenct account.

Thanks for reaching out. It's possible either there is some unresolved payment issue on the member's account or something they are doing is causing the system to flag as misusing the Duo plan. Advise the member to reach out to our support team to check this.
