Premium FAmily invite I can't accept because there is a problem

My wife has invited me to Spotify premium family, but when I try to use the code page it does not work and reloads always the same page again and again, the one where it's asked me to write the code ... what's the problem?

That's odd. Could you try opening the link on a different browser or incognito window? Also, can you try another device?
