Premium Family, help!

Hi! I received an email from Spotify saying the following about my family plan: "We could not confirm that the ... address is the same as yours, so we ask that person verify your account." How should I proceed? The address is the same as mine, we live together. I can not find how to solve anywhere. If you could help me, I would be very grateful.

Hi @debscitadin,

Since you recieved this e-mail, please ask the administrator of the family plan to log into there Spotify account or check there e-mail. There should be an e-mail asking he or she to verify your acceptance. Then you should be apart of the plan.
