Premium Problem

I'm posting this second time, because nobody could help me before. Please help I want to go premium. I attached a screenshot, whenever I try to go premium there is a loading icon and it never goes. Is there a way that I can take help directly from spotify? How can I contact with spotify?

Hi EkremSolmaz, I have had this problem before and I fixed it by making sure that the link that you were using in your browser is https:// not http:// . This makes sure your connection is secure and makes sure the traffic between you and the browser is encypted so no snooping can occur while paying. 

I haven't found a way to directly contact them but try this first, just incase.

After accidentally dismissing this I did see some contact information that does get replied to often (within 24-48 hours)
