Premium Trial

Hi! I just joined Spotify. I clicked a link that said I would receive a 7 day trial. Everything was fine but I was upset because I realized I could have gotten a 30 day trial. I receive an email asking if I'd like another 30 day trial. I filled everything out and it said I'd be good until March 11,2017. I press confirm and then it says I won't be charged until my trial ends on February 10, 2017. What's happening to my 30 day trial?

Hey @Karlude,

 

Usually, once you use a free trial, you may not be able to use another one.

Still, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you sort things out within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
