Premium Upgrade Query

I currently have a £4.99pm Unlimited account & am looking to upgrade to the £9.99pm Premium account.

My monthly direct debit payment is due tomorrow & when I select upgrade from the spotify app I get the following message;

You have 1 days left on your Spotify Unlimited subscription, these will be converted to 0 days of Spotify Premium. After 14 days you will be billed £9.99 per month.

Why will I be billed after 14 days? Shouldn't it be after a month otherwise I'm being short-changed by two weeks?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Looks strange. It sounds like you get 2 weeks free before you get charged, not sure why.

The only way for you to tell what happens is to upgrade to premium now. If you get charged too many times, feel free to post here again, and I'll escalate it to the staff so they can refund you.
