Premium account changed into free account with the same name as before.

So, my friend messaged me today and needed help with Spotify, and I'm a nice person, so I went to the help section on the webpage. Thought I'd try it first, and that was dumb. 

On the help page, it said to go to Edit --> Preferences...  so I did. Deactivated Facebook, got logged out, logged back in, and now: 

1. My premium is gone, even though I paid for it. 

2. My playlists are gone. 

3. I can't listen offline on my phone. 

4. I'm pissed off. 

So yeah. If you say "Go to edit --> Preference... --> Social networkblabla", I will rage at you, cause that doesn't exist after I did this 🙂

No need to panic! I can see that your account is still intact. Please make sure that you're logging in with your username (not your email address) and that should get you reunited with your playlists 🙂

I tried, with the same password I always log in with, but it didn't work, and there is _nowhere_ I can change my password. Clicked the "Forgot your password?", it redirects me to a page, but I can't change my password there.
