Premium code invalid

I bought a new spotify premium gift card today, but it just keeps telling me it's invalid. I've tried multiple times and checked that it's correctly written but it still won't work?

Is this a gift card you bought in store or online? If you bought it in-store, do you have the receipt that confirms it was activated at the check out?

Never mind, i checked my spotify again and it turns out it worked eventually anyways, thanks for replying 🙂

are you sure that you have given the right country by signing up to spotify? You can check your actual country at the spotify.com/account/overview page.

Please tell me if this doesnt help so i will continue my research 😉

how'd you make it work?

ive been trying for the past 5 hrs and it keeps coming up with the premium code seems to no be valid message

Same problem herr, the gift card pin is invalid and i have tried several Times. The country is sweden which seams ok. What do i ned to do?

Well is this problem shown? are you sure that your payment method, your country settings and your ip is the right country? have you tryed an other browser?

im getting more and more impatient... its been a whole day since i bought a gift card and it just doesnt redeem... ive tried safari, internet explorer, chrome and firefox and it just keeps telling me that my premium code is invalid................... What is going on????

@jwlee - I think the Spotify support team are going to need to look into this in a little more detail for you. I would suggest you drop them a message directly using the online contact form and they can check out the code for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
