Premium code is not working

Hello,

I have been using Spotify with Premium codes that I buy from Vodafone for 1 year. I just renew my subsciption on Vodafone and recieved a Premium Code just as usual. However at this time, my Premium code gave an error that I should contact customer services. I called Vodafone and they've checked my subscription and told me that everything is OK on their side and I should contact Spotify to solve this problem.

So, what should I do? I have a 3 month premium code and I can't use it.

Thank you Kate. I was very confident that I looked everywhere to contact support. I suppose I'm getting older 🙂

I just sent my issue to the support. I'll inform when my problem is solved.
