Premium expired and reactivated - Do I have to redownload ?

Hello,

My credit card has been stolen and then replaced.

I didn't notice right away that my Spotify Premium account had turned into a free account.

I just reactivated it, but all the offline playlists redownload all the tunes. It will take quite long. Same on my iPhone.

Is this normal ?

How can I be sure it does not take the double space on my HDD ?

Were the songs really erased from the computer when I lost the Premium status ?

Is there a way to check this?
