Premium family

Premium family

I just joined premium for family and sent an invitation to my dad I have an iPhone & he has an android, I've gone through the process of joining him on but it isn't working, every time we try to download a song it says to join premium. It won't let him do anything?

This is a common problem as it often takes a day or two before any family members are added to the Premium family plan.  Go through the steps in this thread as that should narrow down your problem.

Hi, i've tried that and it still is not working.  So i have the spotify for family on my phone (iphone), it is active and working, but i have joined my father on (android) and in my subscription it says he is active but when he tried to down load music it pops up with a box saying, "Want to play offline?...Take your music offline with Premium. No data or WIFI needed. Start a 30 Day Free trial!... Start trial...No Thanks."  So i click no thanks because he clicks no thanks because he is active on spotify for families???? And no matter what we try sign out and in, deleat app and start again, nothing works.  Please help!!!
