Premium for Family - subscription status question

 I joined Spotify Family, my husband accepted and joing but when I invited my daughter, she accepted via the link and it said 'Congratulations you are a Premium User' but when she logs into the app on her phone it still says she is still on a Free subscription.

It also shows from my Family subscription that she has accepted and is now Premium.

We have tried sending new requests and connecting several times.  Not sure what to try now...

We have just been trying again to solve this, she can log in on spotify directly on her laptop..  but the app on her phone is still saying it's a free subscription !
