Premium for Family

Premium for Family

I've added a family member to the account. They are showing as active. In the app they are still showing as free. Not upgraded. We have tried logging out and even reinstalled the app. Help!

Hey @YogaKatie2016,

 

You should tell him/her to login into her Spotify profile on her browser here with her email. Her username will be displayed after login.

 

After that, check the status of her subscription. If everything looks ok (it should state she's part of your Family plan), tell him/her to logout of the app in her device, and be sure to use that username, instead of her email address, to login to her account. It's the one with the Premium features.
