Premium -> Free -> Premium

Hi,

 

My credit card expired in September and so my account became a Free one.  

 

I submitted my new credit card informations few days ago and I would like my account to be Premium but it seems that there is a bug when I try.

 

I have to submit my Facebook password in a form but next it redirects me on Facebook homepage and no change appends to my spotify acccount.

 

Could you check that ?

i am having the exact same problem and reached out to Spotify several times and have received no help. The CC works everywhere else except this site when I enter the new number in. Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I juste received an e-mail from Spotify and It works fine now !

What did you send in your email to them and what did they say back?

It's in french but I said exactly what I said here.

 

She tells me to go there http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription and that it will be ok. I just click on "accept" and then submit my Facebook's password. Then I was redirected to a spotify pages which said that my account was correctly changed.
