Premium not linked to facebook after clearing phone cache

Hi,

 

I cleared the cache on my phone. When signing back in to Spotify with my facebook account, I've completely lost my premium. I'm still paying for it, and it still works through the Sonos app.

 

It is no longer recognised as premium when I log in through desktop either, and I don't have access to my playlists.

My facebook account was associated with an old, unused email address. I've updated this with facebook, but Spotify is still sending emails to the old email, so I can't raise a support ticket either.
